Accommodation
A genuine range — suites and stand-alone cottages through to budget rooms and backpacker dorms. Guest rooms are twin or double with their own facilities; triple backpacker rooms and dorms share facilities, some with a shared kitchen for self-catering. All rooms are mosquito-netted, fan-cooled and serviced daily.
Restaurants & bars
The Roviana Restaurant runs early morning to late, serving local dishes and English cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a particular pride in seafood caught locally and served fresh — bring your own catch home and they'll cook it for you. The Munda Bar is a great place to meet other travellers, open from early morning into the evening, with sundowners in the Vetu Valusa leaf house out over the water as the sun sets over Roviana Lagoon.
Activities
Scuba diving and snorkelling on world-class sites, sport fishing within the lagoon, an underwater WWII museum, land-based American, New Zealand and Japanese WWII sites, rainforest and wildlife tours, tropical atoll visits with picnics and barbecues, sightseeing lagoon tours, canoe transfers to nearby villages, and a chance to experience the Roviana Lagoon Festival.
